ho999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

2.1 Age and Registration Requirements

To register and use ho999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ho999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will permanently close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21, with all balances forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded from ho999 or any related platform, and your account has not been suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You will use the platform only for lawful recreational gaming purposes and will not use ho999 to facilitate any form of money laundering or financial crime.

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ho999. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as the account identifier. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. ho999 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. ho999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ho999 support immediately via the contact details on this website. ho999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ho999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if ho999 reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the account holder is under the age of 21; (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon account closure for breach, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

ho999 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile payment services and bank channels. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. ho999 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly upon mobile money confirmation.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank: minimum deposit ৳500, credited within one business hour subject to bank processing times.
• ho999 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the Player's own payment provider are outside ho999's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ho999 requires completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid Bangladesh national ID (NID). Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: within 5 minutes of approval, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• Bank transfers: same business day for requests submitted before 15:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). Requests submitted after 15:00 BST are processed the following business day.
• ho999 charges zero fees on all withdrawals to Bangladesh mobile money accounts. Bank transfer fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ho999 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the Player's casino wallet. Eligibility, minimum deposit amount, bonus percentage, and wagering requirements are as specified in the current welcome bonus promotional material available on the platform. The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via separate accounts will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by ho999 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated in that bonus's promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets — bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to fulfilling real-money wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. ho999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that wagering requirement conditions have been abused or circumvented.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by ho999 carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining in a Player's account after the bonus expiry date will be automatically removed without notice. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of their active bonuses via the account dashboard.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with ho999 games, exploit RNG patterns, or gain unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode, including live casino, sports betting, poker, or card games.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or transferring funds between ho999 accounts held by different individuals.
• Using the ho999 platform to launder money, facilitate illegal financial transactions, or deposit funds derived from criminal activity.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to gain credits, free spins, or monetary advantage not intended by the game's normal operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
